Important Notice:

This role is designated as a Projects Assistant Position. All candidates must possess experience as a minimum Trainee Project Manager and/or hold relevant qualifications in Project Management.

The Projects Assistant will evolve into the Trainee Project Manager role upon acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the sector and demonstrating their capabilities.

Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00


Our organization specializes in providing a nationwide service for the design, implementation, and upkeep of Lightning Protection, Earthing, and Height Safety Systems. We pride ourselves on having certified designers and skilled engineers, along with a strong reputation for quality service.

Role of Projects Assistant:


The primary responsibility of the Projects Assistant is to perform administrative tasks that support the team in ensuring projects meet client expectations while achieving profit objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Document Control: Managing, amending, and organizing project documents.
  • Creating Risk Assessment and Method Statements from established templates.
  • Generating Operation & Maintenance manuals (O&M's) using provided templates.
  • Overseeing the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documentation produced by the Quotations or Projects department.
  • Collaborating with the Projects Team to undertake necessary tasks that maximize project profitability.
  • Demonstrating a strong desire to quickly acquire expertise in document control systems is essential. A background in document control is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications is required, along with a proactive and highly organized approach, strong time management, and planning skills.
