Key Responsibilities- Department Management: Oversee the Fire Service Department, including budget management, personnel supervision, and liaison with the Fire Installation Department.
- Scheduling and Supervision: Schedule and supervise Fire Service Engineer visits, ensuring they have necessary documentation and service bookings.
- Service Documentation: Process and action returned service documentation, including call-outs, remedial work, and recommendations.
- Customer Service: Organize customer service reminders and renew service agreements.
- Call-out Management: Oversee out-of-hours call-out management and escalation.
