Important Notice: This role requires a full UK Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle due to the lack of public transportation at night.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a brand new Mental Health/Complex Care Supported Living service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex care needs.
  • Administer medication, provide personal care, and assist with daily living tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience working in the community with people who have Learning Disabilities.
  • Recent experience working with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex care needs.
  • Full UK Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle.
