Job Opportunity: Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Search. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication administration and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with complex care needs, including epilepsy and learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with a team to provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Have a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to changing situations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience working in a community setting with individuals who have learning disabilities
  • Recent experience working with individuals with mental health needs
  • Full UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work independently
