Are you a motivated and collaborative construction professional with extensive experience in analyzing project schedules and managing claims?

Bluewave Recruitment is seeking a skilled Construction Delay Analyst with expertise in P6 and a background in UK projects within the build, commercial, industrial, or residential sector. Ideally, experience with Tier 1 contractors and specialist sub-contractors is preferred.

Your role will involve analyzing project schedules, investigating reasons for delays, and contributing to smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project schedules using P6 to identify delays and their impact on projects.
  • Investigate reasons for delays and prepare clear and concise delay reports with P6 data.
  • Collaborate with surveyors and legal teams on claims and provide expertise during disputes, if needed.
  • Assist with negotiations and risk management.
  • Stay updated on UK construction regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of planning and delay claims within the UK build market.
  • Experience in P6 and delay analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail for claims management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with UK construction laws and regulations is a plus.

This is a permanent or outside IR35 opportunity for a skilled construction professional who can work independently or as part of a larger organization.
