Job Title: Construction Delay Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Delay Analyst to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key member of our disputes consultancy, you will play a crucial role in assisting our expert witness in carrying out forensic analysis on a variety of construction disputes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the expert witness in compiling as-built progress data and investigating causes of delay.
  • Develop factual chronologies of events and provide support in developing methodical and thorough forensic analysis.
  • Work closely with the expert witness to gain a comprehensive understanding of the nature of the dispute being analysed.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant role such as a civil engineer, mechanical engineer, construction planner or construction project manager.
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear and comprehensive understanding of the nature of the dispute being analysed.
  • General appreciation of the common methods of delay analysis, as set out in the Society of Construction Law Delay and Disruption Protocol.
  • Ability to forensically investigate and analyse baseline and progress updated programmes using industry standard programming software packages.
