Compensation:
£23,000 - £26,000 plus a quarterly performance-based bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with flexible start times

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will play a key role in facilitating the sales process and enhancing operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Following up on online inquiries and leads generated internally.
- Logging job requests into our system accurately.
- Creating and updating quotes using CRM / Salesforce.
- Contacting existing clients to follow up on quotations.
- Proofreading and issuing quotations with precision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and Word; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A strong motivation to succeed and follow up on quotes to drive new business.
- Previous experience in sales administration is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Competence in prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service roles.
- Knowledge of relevant IT tools for sales administration.
