Starting at £13.40 per hour, with an additional £30.00 for sleep-in shifts.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily activities and household management.
- Transporting children to various locations.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Have at least 12 months of experience in a residential setting (desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include:
- Providing individualized support and care to each young person.
- Encouraging educational engagement.
- Traveling with young individuals using company vehicles.
- Completing care planning and task sheets.
- Meal preparation and home maintenance.
- Organizing social activities.
- Liaising with external stakeholders and our multidisciplinary team.
