About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Manager to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Care Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care professionals in providing care and support to children and young people
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child or young person
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and therapists, to ensure comprehensive support for children and young people
- Ensure that all care staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care and support
Requirements:
- 12 months experience in a children's residential care role
- Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or currently working towards this)
- Full UK driving licence
