Job Opportunity: Housing Digital Systems Manager

Adecco is seeking a skilled Housing Digital Systems Manager to lead the digital transformation journey of a leading public sector organisation. If you have a strong background in systems management and are passionate about digital transformation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Housing Digital Systems team and service managers to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Strategically utilise line of business applications to support business processes and drive innovation.
  • Embrace agile methodologies and user-centred approaches to drive change and improvement.
  • Oversee the relationship with line of business system suppliers to ensure compliance and usability.
  • Maintain a clear roadmap for the system, incorporating patches, upgrades, and improvements.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of requests, projects, and changes to line of business systems.
  • Establish and maintain a network of key system users for each system.
  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines and vendors to ensure compliance and the improvement of usability and consistency.
  • Develop and advocate service management best practices for the digital transformation journey.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in systems management and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and drive change.
  • Experience with line of business applications and system suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
