Role Overview:


In response to our ongoing success and to align with our strategic growth plans, we are excited to announce several openings for Business Account Specialists across the UK.


This position is primarily field-based, with minimal office attendance required, as you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to address and resolve outstanding account issues and ensure timely future payments.
  • Supervise the collection of overdue payments from business accounts.
  • Represent the company in court to obtain entry warrants when necessary.
  • Handle account inquiries and meter disputes, collaborating with customers and internal teams until resolution.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for cross-selling services such as smart meters and fixed contracts.
  • Occasionally assist in other regions as needed to support customer visits and warrant processes.
Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with confidence in customer interactions.
  • Patience and the ability to listen actively to resolve customer issues.
  • A high level of safety awareness, as the role involves working independently; safety devices and equipment will be provided.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential, with a minimum of two years of driving experience due to travel requirements.
