About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Specialist to join our NielsenIQ team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and drive business results
  • Manage client feedback and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales and account management experience in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another EU language
