We are seeking a dedicated Residential Caretaker to oversee maintenance operations in a prestigious, high-end residential property. This role offers a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment within a leading property management firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily assessments of mechanical rooms
  • Perform weekly checks on estate gutters
  • Maintain optimal pressure levels in mechanical rooms
  • Execute necessary repairs during air conditioning maintenance
  • Care for the landscaping in two garden areas
