**The role - Cleaner/Caretaker**

As a Cleaner/Caretaker you will be at responsible for delivering the day-to-day cleaning & caretaking services on our Estates where no 2 days are the same.

**What you’ll do**

You will
- Carry out cleaning & caretaking on the internal and external communal areas to a high standard
- Ensure all sites meet Health & Safety standards
- Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents

**Skills and experience we'd like you to have***

We’re looking for someone who:

- has experience of cleaning and caretaking in a residential setting or similar role
- is physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
- has a basic understanding of Health & Safety within a caretaking setting
- can demonstrate good customer service skills
- has the ability to prioritise their workload
