Job Summary

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a skilled Caretaker to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Management team, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a safe and welcoming community/estate for our residents.

The successful candidate will provide a visible presence and trusted service, delivering a high-quality caretaking service on our housing estates and street properties. This role requires a flexible and responsive approach, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness to internal and external areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness to internal and external areas of residential buildings.
  2. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with key staff in schools and other services in the locality.
  3. Ensure all written correspondence and documents are accurate and well-structured, reflecting local and national requirements.
  4. Maintain electronic case files to agreed quality standards and confidentiality in line with Data Protection Act.
  5. Accurately record, input, and maintain records on a database as required.
Requirements

This is a 36-hour per week position, working 8am-4pm. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
