Requirements:
  • Previous claims handling experience within the insurance, financial services, or solicitor sector
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good IT, numeracy, and literacy skills
What We Offer:
  • A basic salary of £24,000
  • Excellent training and development opportunities
  • A flexible working arrangement, with the option to work from home 3 days a week
