Calor Gas is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead growth in new markets and fuel our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
As part of our dynamic Sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders across diverse industries. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving adoption of our innovative Bio LPG and DME fuels.
Your Responsibilities:- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements within the LPG sector, particularly focusing on sustainable fuel technologies.
- Forge strategic alliances with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and establish new partnership schemes that leverage our sustainable fuel offerings.
- Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to develop products compatible with our eco-friendly fuels, promoting a greener energy landscape.
- Engage with internal teams, providing regular updates on market developments, partnerships, and industry shifts through quarterly meetings.
- Conduct thorough research and exploration of emerging markets with the potential to benefit from Calor's sustainable fuel solutions.
- Qualify high-value leads and facilitate seamless transitions to our field sales teams for successful account acquisition.
- Educate customers on the advantages of our Futuria fuels portfolio, including Bio LPG and DME, and collaborate with our sustainable fuels team to establish competitive pricing strategies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline management system to track leads and opportunities effectively.
- Represent Calor at relevant trade shows and conventions, showcasing our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the sales spectrum, from internal sales representatives to field sales teams, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach.
- Continuously enhance your product and safety knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Contribute to Calor's safety culture by adhering to best practices and promoting responsible conduct.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content that promotes Calor and its products to the domestic and commercial specifier community.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports as required, providing valuable insights into market trends and sales performance.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in business development and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in Excel are essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across various levels.
- A natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
