Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Options Resourcing Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with customers, satisfying their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Progress customer queries regarding outstanding orders and facilitate business reviews
  • Complete RFQ's from customers and negotiate pricing/leadtime for orders
  • Maintain regular customer engagement and ensure system updates using active price management
  • Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability and obtain up-to-date forecast information
  • Monthly sales forecasting analysis on key accounts and creation of commercial invoices
  • Resolve empty bin queries by liaising with customers and purchasing department
  • Regular reviews of invoice exceptions and coordination of activities with quality concerns
  • Support and collaborate with AR/AP to resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with Warehouse operations
  • Generate customers KPI's as required and perform any other duties as required by management
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing/leadtime for orders and place PO's

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in oral, written, and mathematical skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office package including Excel
  • Good time management
