**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Options Resourcing Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with customers, satisfying their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Progress customer queries regarding outstanding orders and facilitate business reviews
- Complete RFQ's from customers and negotiate pricing/leadtime for orders
- Maintain regular customer engagement and ensure system updates using active price management
- Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability and obtain up-to-date forecast information
- Monthly sales forecasting analysis on key accounts and creation of commercial invoices
- Resolve empty bin queries by liaising with customers and purchasing department
- Regular reviews of invoice exceptions and coordination of activities with quality concerns
- Support and collaborate with AR/AP to resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with Warehouse operations
- Generate customers KPI's as required and perform any other duties as required by management
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing/leadtime for orders and place PO's
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in oral, written, and mathematical skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office package including Excel
- Good time management
