Investment Funds Attorney (1-7 PQE) - Custom Fund Structuring & Launches at a Premier International Firm

Are you passionate about collaborating in a team-oriented setting to design tailored fund structures across various asset classes? Do you possess the ambition and expertise as a lawyer with 1-7 years PQE, ready to contribute to a leading Private Funds practice?

Role Summary

Our distinguished Private Funds practice is in search of a skilled attorney to enhance our expanding team. We provide comprehensive advisory services to a wide array of clients, including established asset managers and significant institutional investors, focusing on the complete range of fund structuring and launches. You will apply your knowledge across diverse asset classes, partnering with our highly regarded teams in tax, real estate, restructuring, pensions, insurance, private equity, and credit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement in prominent fund launches and investor closings across all asset classes.
  • Structuring funds in jurisdictions such as Luxembourg, Ireland, Cayman Islands, Dubai, Jersey/Guernsey, Scotland, and listed funds.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of our European private funds practice.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-7 years PQE with a solid academic foundation in law.
  • Demonstrated experience in structuring, launching, and advising on private investment funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, etc.).
  • Thorough understanding of applicable regulations, including the FCA's AIFMD framework and the UK Limited Partnerships Act 2000.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
