The company is seeking a Funds Attorney to represent them in distribution agreement negotiations and support the launch of their private funds for their clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate various agreements with counterparties, ensuring seamless partnerships.
  • Coordinate with outside legal counsel on regulatory, corporate, and fund investment work, maintaining a strong network of experts.
  • Draft and review private fund offering materials, partnership agreements, and related private fund legal documentation, guaranteeing compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of fund formation experience within investment management (Private Equity and Hedge Fund).
  • Qualified in the U.K., a member in good standing of the New York bar, or qualified in another jurisdiction.
  • Law firm or in-house experience at an asset management firm, with a strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate structures and regulatory matters.
