Investment Funds Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Investment Funds lawyer to join our team at Montgomery Advisory. As a leading US law firm, we offer a full spectrum of Investment Funds matters, including structuring, establishment, and launch of private funds within various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising fund managers on the structuring and establishment of private funds
  • Assisting with the launch of private equity, infrastructure, hedge, and hybrid funds
  • Providing general counsel services to fund sponsors and investors

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Investment Funds from a highly respected firm
  • Proven track record of success in general funds matters
  • First-class academic background
