About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Care Assistant to work with one or a small number of clients in the local area. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis, providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs, including PEG feeding, oral suctioning, and tracheostomy care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs, including the Care Certificate and client-focused training.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rates, including £13.31 - £15.97 per hour and £18.15-£26.62 per hour for Bank Holidays.

Requirements:
