Passenger Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Minibus Driver to join our team at Grantham College. As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students and staff to various destinations.

• Drive a minibus to a variety of destinations, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensuring it is in a roadworthy condition.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

• Experience of driving a minibus with a clean driving licence and D1 category.
• MIDAS training or willingness to work towards.
• Pleasant and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
