Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to ensure our equipment is serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working on turf machinery equipment, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
