Senior Staff Nurse - Chemo Day Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our Chemo Day Care Unit at Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC), our specialist cancer treatment centre. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will work alongside an experienced and highly skilled nursing team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate specialized care in our state-of-the-art unit.

You will act as an advocate for your patients, ensuring their medical, physical, and emotional needs are met, and you will provide essential support and communication to both patients and their families. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on patient outcomes while advancing your own career in oncology nursing.

Requirements
  • NMC Nurse registration
  • Experience in Chemotherapy administration
  • Post registration experience within haematology or oncology setting or equivalent
  • Wide and evidence-based knowledge of systemic anti-cancer treatments e.g. chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiotherapy etc and the known and lesser-known side effects of these.
