Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Director to lead our Haleon Expert and GSK Corporate teams. This role involves a 50/50 split between these two expert teams, focusing on strategic media planning and management within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to achieve client objectives across various channels, with a particular focus on targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide inspirational leadership, mentoring and developing the team's talent to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities while driving revenue growth for the agency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
  • Oversee a team of media planning experts, ranging from Account Executives to Account Directors, providing guidance and support to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media planning specifically targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Previous experience at a Senior Account Director or Business Director level within a media planning capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all media channels and the ability to manage relationships with media owners effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and proven success in account management.
  • Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
