We are excited to announce an opening for the role of Strategic Partnerships Marketing Lead within our esteemed team. We seek a seasoned, innovative, and highly driven professional who will spearhead our partnership initiatives aimed at boosting sales through promotional endeavors, enhancing our visibility via collaborative campaigns, and distinguishing our brand through creative and innovative strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker who excels in identifying, proposing, and securing commercial partnerships. This role will involve cultivating and managing relationships with hotels, airlines, and tourist boards globally. Therefore, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential for establishing meaningful connections.

As a vital member of the Marketing team, you will explore avenues to collaborate with both new and existing partners to amplify and enhance brand campaign activities, ensuring they are impactful and provide a commercial edge.

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements, requiring a minimum of three days a week at our office and two days remotely, subject to business needs. Occasional travel within the UK and internationally will be part of the role.

Key Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience in a corporate environment
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, project management, and the creative process
  • Knowledge of marketing promotions and campaigns
  • Ability to support the execution of partnership campaigns
  • Coordination skills to ensure timely creative approvals from partners
  • Ownership of campaign wrap-up documentation for each initiative
  • Strong relationship management and maintenance capabilities
  • Experience in budget management and target-driven sales
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity or experience within the travel industry, particularly in a B2B context
