We are excited to announce an opening for the role of Strategic Partnerships Marketing Lead within our esteemed team. We seek a seasoned, innovative, and highly driven professional who will spearhead our partnership initiatives aimed at boosting sales through promotional endeavors, enhancing our visibility through collaborative campaigns, and distinguishing our brand through creative and innovative strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker who excels at identifying, proposing, and securing commercial partnerships. This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with hotels, airlines, and tourist boards globally. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential for making impactful connections.
As a vital member of the Marketing team, you will explore avenues to collaborate with both new and existing partners to amplify and enhance brand campaign activities, ensuring they are more effective and commercially advantageous.
This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements, requiring a minimum of three days a week at our Leyland office and two days remotely, subject to business needs. Occasional travel within the UK and internationally will be part of the role.
Key Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Substantial experience in a business setting
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, project management, and the creative process
- Proficiency in marketing promotions and campaign strategies
- Capability to support the execution of partnership campaigns
- Coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of creative materials to partners
- Ownership of campaign wrap-up documentation for each initiative
- Strong skills in relationship development and maintenance
- Experience in budget management and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with the travel industry, particularly in a B2B context
