Capital & Major Projects Procurement Manager

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a highly skilled Capital & Major Projects Procurement Manager to join their team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for capital projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for capital projects, ensuring that they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the procurement process for capital projects, including the development of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and negotiation of contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that procurement activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide training and coaching to procurement staff on procurement best practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a capital projects environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
