Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Research
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the construction, chemicals, and building materials sectors.
New Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships with distributors and suppliers to drive sales growth.
Account ManagementManage and maintain existing relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Competitor AnalysisConduct competitor analysis in targeted regions to stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for growth.
Travel and RepresentationRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, as well as undertaking overseas travel to meet with clients and partners.
Requirements
- Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the construction, chemicals, or building materials industries.
SkillsExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
PersonalityA strategic and proactive personality with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
