Our starting package is competitive, with a base salary of £32-35k, plus uncapped commission, with a Year 1 OTE of £45-50k, and fast-track progression on offer as our client is in high-growth and strong Investors in People, with 28 days holiday, a generous employee share-save scheme, and a decent pension, plus lots of smaller perks and benefits.

50/50 split between Internal Account Management and New Business here.

Our client is a global market leader with a multi-billion turnover, offering a diverse range of products and services that would suit someone with an interest in technology, sustainability, or engineering, or a technical mindset. The reason for these roles is due to internal promotions, with 1 in 3 hires at this level being promoted, and the next step up typically being Business Development Management, which attracts a base salary of £50-55k, plus car allowance, with top performers exceeding £100k.
