Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in corporate insolvency and restructuring to manage cases of various size and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business reviews, stakeholder liaison, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop exit strategies and options
  • Implement closure programmes and AMA processes
  • Support clients with business plans, short term cash flow planning and restructure
  • Liaise with stakeholders both pre and post appointment
  • Business reviews for corporates and lenders
  • Develop alternative options and contingency planning
  • Internal support and technical input into multi-disciplinary team
  • Manage and support team members
  • Support the wider growth of the Advisory department

Requirements

  • Ideally qualified JIEB/ CPI/ ACA/ ACCA/ CPA or equivalent
  • Corporate Insolvency/Restructuring experience gained in a practice firm or boutique
  • Currently or recently at Manager level
