We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Maintenance Administration team as a Business Administration Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop great transferable skills in a friendly and dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Placing orders and managing stock
- Matching supplier invoices with goods received notes
- Source the most affordable materials
- Maintaining the stock and return database
- Providing feedback to relevant departments
- Supporting the department with general administrative tasks, as required
We are looking for someone who is:
- Keen to learn and committed to the apprenticeship opportunity
- Friendly and approachable
- Ability to manage their time and workload
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Flexible and adaptable
- High attention to detail
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs at grade 5 and above or equivalent, which must include English and Maths.
- Candidates with A level or equivalent Level 3 qualifications and degree holders who have no previous qualification within this field are also able to apply.
- Equivalent and alternative qualifications to those listed are also accepted.
