We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Maintenance Administration team as a Business Administration Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop great transferable skills in a friendly and dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Placing orders and managing stock
  2. Matching supplier invoices with goods received notes
  3. Source the most affordable materials
  4. Maintaining the stock and return database
  5. Providing feedback to relevant departments
  6. Supporting the department with general administrative tasks, as required

We are looking for someone who is:

  1. Keen to learn and committed to the apprenticeship opportunity
  2. Friendly and approachable
  3. Ability to manage their time and workload
  4. Trustworthy and reliable
  5. Flexible and adaptable
  6. High attention to detail

Requirements:

  1. 5 GCSEs at grade 5 and above or equivalent, which must include English and Maths.
  2. Candidates with A level or equivalent Level 3 qualifications and degree holders who have no previous qualification within this field are also able to apply.
  3. Equivalent and alternative qualifications to those listed are also accepted.
