Role Purpose

The Lead Regulatory Scientist is a key member of our laboratory team, responsible for resolving complex technical issues and delivering high-quality execution of experimental work. They will plan and execute complex experiments, support junior colleagues, and identify opportunities for technical and operational improvement.

Key Accountabilities And Duties
  • Lead and direct the work of others, ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects.
  • Develop and implement project dashboards, escalating risks and issues as necessary.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and behavior.
  • Accountable for customer proposals, including technical content and man-days.
  • Contribute to departmental improvements and review reports to an agreed standard.
Qualifications/Skills
  • BSc in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
  • Highly proficient in Biacore - SPR, with 3-5 years of experience in developing and troubleshooting SPR methods.
