Mandarin Speaking Loan Settlement Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mandarin speaking Loan Settlement Administrator to join our team at People First. As a key member of our banking operations team, you will be responsible for processing loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest resets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify loan notices and e-permits to ensure accurate processing
  • Open new clients and facilities in FOVA, and input deals into the system
  • Register Nostro account cashflows related to loan settlements
  • Make drawdown payments in GCMS following instructions from Credit Administration
  • Update Loans Register schedule spreadsheets
  • Liaise with Head Office and coordinate with internal departments on loan system upgrades and processes
  • Prepare business reports for Head Office
  • Process payment instructions in SCMS and FOVA using SWIFT formats
  • Create new clients and open relevant accounts in the system
  • Maintain AML check evidence for audit trail purposes
Requirements:
  • Mandarin and English fluency
  • Work experience in loan settlement and processing
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with different departments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Accurate reporting skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
