Are you working towards or do you hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)? Do you have a background in supporting children and young individuals? OwnLife Ltd is seeking to recruit a Youth Support Specialist to enhance our dedicated team.

In this role, you will report directly to the manager and play a crucial part in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young individuals in line with the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.

This position is available on a full-time permanent basis or as a bank (zero hours) contract.

Youth Support Specialist:

  • Experience in working with children and young individuals
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare / equivalent or actively pursuing
  • Ability to engage with young individuals and address their physical and emotional needs
  • Capacity to collaborate with other professionals and the families or caregivers of the young individuals in our care
  • Understanding of maintaining professional boundaries with young individuals
