Lead by Example as a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a highly respected private healthcare organisation in Northallerton.

This role offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home, rated as Good in all areas with the CQC.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level, with excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
  • Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
  • Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
  • Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents

The package for the Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager includes:

  • Annual salary of £57,408
  • Hourly rate of £23, plus paid breaks
  • Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week
  • Supportive team environment
