About the Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

Your role will involve supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, as well as supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training and development opportunities, and many of our Senior Care Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Care, or nursing roles.


About You

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant.

We're looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.

You'll have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
