Deputy Nurse Manager

We are seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a highly respected private healthcare organisation in Northallerton. This role offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home, rated as Good in all areas with the CQC.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
- Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
- Providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
- Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), working 24 hours leading on the floor, and 24 hours supernumerary time
- Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
- Annual salary of £57,408
- Hourly rate of £23, plus paid breaks
- Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week
- Supportive team environment
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level, excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents.
