We are seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a highly respected private healthcare organisation in Northallerton.
This role offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home, rated as Good in all areas with the CQC.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level, excellent medicines management skills, and strong leadership abilities.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
- Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
- Providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
The package for the Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager includes:
- Annual salary of £57,408
- Hourly rate of £23, plus paid breaks
- Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week
- Supportive team environment
