About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Jubilee House in Barnsley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with Learning Disability and Autism conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs and behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and mobility.
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the analysis of behaviors and adaptation of care accordingly.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to work a 12.5-hour shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
  • Positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and individuals with complex needs.
