About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team at James Lewis Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing expert estimation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure estimates are aligned with project requirements
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on construction costs and pricing strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction estimation and quantity surveying
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, pricing strategies, and estimating software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Excel and other construction software
