Key Responsibilities:


The Site Maintenance Engineer is tasked with ensuring that all machinery, tools, and equipment are operational and well-maintained to support business functions.

This role primarily focuses on the upkeep of machinery and tools, while also encompassing the maintenance of building services and the introduction of new equipment and processes aligned with the company's New Product Introduction objectives.


Core Duties:
Ensuring a safe working environment
Reducing machine downtime through regular maintenance and servicing.
Providing necessary tooling to the Operations team in accordance with Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.
Proactively enhancing machine and process reliability and capability.
Training staff on Preventative Maintenance practices.
Fabricating tools and equipment to optimize costs.
Maintaining service records and creating drawings to ensure data integrity.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering, with experience in both traditional and CNC machine tools.
Hands-on experience in a similar capacity.
Electrical knowledge, including machine controls.
Proficient in IT, including MS Office and Sage MRP, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Formal qualifications such as HND in Engineering and Electrical Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
