Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-line IT support to ensure that IT systems and services are always available.
- Install, maintain, and fix IT equipment, including servers, software, networks, hardware, and telephony.
- Work collaboratively with schools to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably within a school, academy, or college.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with servers, software, networks, hardware, and telephony.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
