Job Title: Senior ICT Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Consultant to join our team at Turn IT On. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining all IT hardware and services across our clients' sites, helping them improve the standard of their ICT provisions, and enabling them to deliver effective teaching and learning through ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all IT hardware and services across our clients' sites
  • Help clients improve the standard of their ICT provisions
  • Enable clients to deliver effective teaching and learning through ICT solutions
  • Facilitate communication between our clients and Turn IT On
  • Manage client accounts
  • Provide technical support for users and resolve identified technical problems
  • Install new and existing software across the network
  • Have a good level of competency in common user applications and an excellent level of experience of using Microsoft Office365
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience of working in a school environment
  • Good working knowledge of Apple products and iPads configuration as well as a good working knowledge of the Windows environment and Networking
  • Ability to work independently and have an aptitude for problem solving and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve services provided by your team
  • Full UK driving license and car
