About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a long-term freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver stage 4 cost planning for a £100m new build scheme with 7 separate blocks.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
