Job Overview

Our Customer Service center, located in Southampton, offers comprehensive servicing for the brands under the Swatch Group umbrella. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to fill the role of Service and Repair Administrator. This position is crucial in providing our customers with precise and prompt estimates for their repair requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative duties, including service estimations, customer invoicing, and managing client communications. You will operate within established KPIs, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate Development: Analyze diagnostic reports and generate accurate and timely estimates for clients. Customer Invoicing: Efficiently manage customer billing and invoicing procedures. Query Management: Address email inquiries through a shared mailbox, ensuring responses are delivered within SLA guidelines. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical administration capabilities and uphold exceptional standards of accuracy and quality in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a similar capacity, particularly in estimate creation and customer billing, is advantageous. You should possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize essential tasks and support team members effectively. Proficiency in IT is a must. The successful applicant will also exhibit a positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Required Skills and Experience

Technical Administration Expertise: Strong background in technical administration, preferably in a role focused on estimate creation and customer billing, with a commitment to achieving KPIs. Task Management: Ability to prioritize critical tasks and proactively assist colleagues with daily responsibilities. Detail Orientation: High level of attention to detail and accuracy, maintaining motivation during repetitive tasks. SLA and KPI Compliance: Experience in meeting service level agreements and KPIs. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational and time management capabilities. IT Skills: Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

Educational Requirements:

Academic Background: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent).
