Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the dental surgery, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, guaranteeing their effectiveness and longevity.
- Provide chairside support to the dentist, facilitating a smooth and efficient treatment process.
- Take and process X-rays, contributing to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Record patient notes accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Essential: Qualified Dental Nurse with a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care.
- Nice to have: IT skills for managing digital records, experience in patient care, and organizational skills.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, part-time, and permanent positions available.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- Expected hours: 40.25 per week.
Licence/Certification
- GDC registration is required for this position.
