- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and adhering to depot key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operational Support: Assist drivers with locating addresses, providing delivery instructions, and ensuring processes are followed correctly.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete basic administrative duties, including reporting and logging damaged handheld devices, and ensuring contractor paperwork is completed.
- Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to the Health and Safety Policy.
- Security: Implement and maintain a secure passage of goods for customers by adhering to the Security Policy.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management or the shift manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
