Job Title: Class 1 Driver

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 driver to join our team at Gist. As a Class 1 driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the UK and Ireland.

Job Summary:

As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for operating a Class 1 vehicle, transporting goods between depots, warehouses, and customer locations. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Transport goods between depots, warehouses, and customer locations
  • Work closely with our team to ensure timely delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
  • Class 1 driving license
  • At least 18 months of Class 1 driving experience
  • A maximum of 6 endorsements
  • No accidents in the last 12 months
  • No points for drinking or consuming illegal substances while driving
